The service
Pocket Mandarin is a Chinese-vocabulary learning app: flashcards, checklists, quizzes, stroke practice, a tone trainer, an AI tutor, and a phrasebook (the Survival Kit). HSK 1 is free for every account. Full access to HSK 2–6 and the complete Survival Kit is a one-time purchase.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide an accurate email address — we use it for login and to identify your purchase if you contact us for support.
Payments & refunds
All-access is a one-time payment processed by DOKU; the current price is shown on the Pricing page. Access is granted automatically once DOKU confirms your payment. If you believe you were charged in error or access wasn't granted after a successful payment, contact us at adryan.gerald@gmail.com with your invoice details and we'll sort it out.
Acceptable use
Don't share your account, attempt to bypass access restrictions, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users. The AI tutor is for learning Chinese — please don't use it to generate unrelated or abusive content.
Changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and may update pricing for future purchases — this won't take away access you've already paid for. We'll update this page if these terms change materially.
No warranty
Pocket Mandarin is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
